CHEF LUCIO A. HERNÁNDEZ
Born August 13, 1987 in Tijuana, Baja California.
He has a Major in Tourism Administration but he is a Cook at Heart.
His cooking career began 15 years ago in the kitchens at Grand Hotel Tijuana, where he worked for 7 years. From there, he worked in the kitchens at Iron Wok Asian Bistro, Misión 19, Oryx Capital, Bracero and Romesco.
Now Chef Lucio A. Hernández returns to the place where it all began, leading the kitchen at Emma Baja French.
A cuisine with a Mediterranean focus where the freshness and quality of each ingredient is highlighted through the harmonious use of French and Mexican techniques.
